PV30 is a prefabricated waterproofing membrane made of APP-modified bitumen, designed for applications requiring lightweight, high-performance waterproofing on structures that cannot support heavy loads. With its dual-reinforced design, it combines a 100% polyester non-woven, which provides good mechanical strength and good dimensional stability, with a second glass fibre reinforcement, which contributes to its thermal stability. Both faces are coated with a heat-fusible HDPE film, allowing clean and reliable torch-applied installation.

Thanks to its low mass per unit area, PV30 is the suitable solution for structures where control of the permanent load is a decisive constraint: pitched metal roofs (workshops, hangars, warehouses), lightweight roofs with a low-capacity load-bearing structure, terraces and balconies with a lightweight structure, or refurbishment of structurally weakened buildings. It is used as an underlayer in multilayer systems, beneath tiling or paving, and lends itself to crossed-layer installation for reinforced protection of critical areas.

For optimal adhesion, installation is carried out on a clean, dry and stable substrate, with a suitable bituminous primer, followed by torch welding. When used as a top layer, protection against UV radiation (aluminium paint or heavy protection) is mandatory. Laps and critical details must be treated with care.
